DISABILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (DAC)

The Disability Advisory Committee is comprised of California Child Support Services employees who have disabilities or who have an interest in disability issues.

The committee serves as an advisory body to the Director and the Equal Employment Opportunity Office on issues of concern to its employees with disabilities, and matters relating to equal access for individuals with a disability that may have been disproportionately excluded on a non-job-related basis from employment. 

Disability Advisory Committee meetings are held quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

The committee is mandated by Government Code Section 19795(b).
