DIRECTOR KRISTEN ERICKSON-DONADEE

Kristen Erickson-Donadee was appointed Director for Child Support Services in October 2024 and has been with the department since 2009. She started her career as an attorney with a county child support agency and has served in various legal roles at the state department level including Chief Counsel before her appointment as Chief Deputy Director in 2020. Throughout her career, she has taken a collaborative approach to serving parents and children and feels most effective when brainstorming big new ideas.

Erickson-Donadee earned her baccalaureate in Economics at Sonoma State University and her Juris Doctorate at the University of California, Davis School of Law, King Hall.
